Who processes your data

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer — the nature and scope of our activity does not require one.

What data and why

The data marked as required are needed to handle your reservation — without them the reservation cannot be processed. The field “How did you hear about us” is optional and serves only for our statistics.

We do not use the data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

Who receives the data

The data are processed by us and our employees. They are also processed by the technical services we use:

• Google Ireland Ltd. — calendars, spreadsheets and e-mail in which we keep the reservations
• Cloudflare, Inc. — protection of the form against bots and technical delivery of data
• Banan.cz s.r.o. — website hosting
• OpenStreetMap Foundation — address suggestions. The text you type into the “Street” field is sent to the OpenStreetMap address search. If you prefer not to use it, enter the address manually without the suggestions.

We may hand over the data to public authorities where the law requires us to do so.

How long we keep it

• Reservations and stay history: for 3 years from the last visit
• Record of no-shows: for 3 years from the entry
• Accounting and tax documents: for the period required by law (usually 10 years)

After these periods expire, we delete the data.

Your rights

In relation to your data you have the right to:

• know what data we keep about you and obtain a copy
• have inaccurate data corrected
• request erasure or restriction of processing
• object to processing based on legitimate interest (plate, stay history, no-shows)
• receive your data in a machine-readable form and transfer it elsewhere
