• By entering the area or its parts, you agree to the operating rules
• Swimming in the JezeroVojkovice area is at your own risk!
• Parking in the area on the area below the main building is free for visitors
• Fishing spots are primarily for fishermen
• Roasting and grilling is possible only in designated areas
• Entrance to the area, camping, fishing, etc. are paid in cash at the restaurant
• The toilets and washroom are in the main building
• It is possible to collect drinking water in the main building

Area Visitors Are Required To

• Maintain cleanliness and order, protect area facilities, and compensate for any damage caused by their actions
• Dispose of waste in garbage containers located near the main building
• Behave in the area in a disciplined and considerate manner towards other visitors, avoiding excessive shouting or noise
• Use water from designated sources in the manner indicated at these sources
• Follow instructions and orders from area management supervisory authorities

Obligations of Dog and Other Animal Owners/Handlers

• Keep dogs/animals under supervision and on a leash at all times
• Clean up after your dog/animal and use garbage containers for disposal
• Do not walk dogs/animals on designated beaches, fishing spots, and areas designated for games and camping
• Entry with dogs/animals to children's and sports playgrounds is prohibited
• Entry and passage with dogs/animals to the main beach marked with "No Dogs Allowed" signs is prohibited
• Report any injury to wild or domestic animals on the area premises immediately. This includes situations caused by your dog or a dog in your care. Contact the area restaurant or use designated contact numbers

The Following Is Prohibited in the Area

• Smoking and lighting fires in forested areas
• Lighting fires outside designated areas and establishing fire pits
• Throwing cigarette butts on the ground on all beaches, in residential and camping areas, and at fishing spots
• Throwing waste anywhere on the entire area premises other than in waste containers near the main building
• Parking in front of barriers - vehicles risk being towed at the owner's/operator's expense
• Using boats with combustion engines
• Moving or damaging area equipment, including destroying vegetation or collecting fruits and herbs
• Entering the area beyond barriers and blockades with any motor vehicles without payment (except for supply vehicles, service vehicles, and emergency services)
• Entering the area on horseback or with horses
• Overnight stays or remaining in vehicles outside operating hours is prohibited throughout the entire area. This prohibition applies to parking areas, storage zones, and other publicly accessible parts of the area. Only customers who have paid for services allowing overnight stays are exempt.
• Being in the main beach, restaurant, and accommodation areas without swimwear and clothing
• Using metal detectors without prior consent from the area operator
• Using drones throughout the area and in the airspace above the area without prior consent from the area operator
• Photography and camera use for COMMERCIAL PURPOSES throughout the lake area is only permitted after prior agreement with the area operator
