Area Regulations
OPENING HOURS OF PRIVATE AREA JezeroVojkovice
September 1 - March 31: 08:00h - 18:00h
April 1 - August 31: 06:00h - 22:00h
By entering the area, you agree to the operating regulations. Special rules apply to playgrounds and sports facilities, and in case of fishing, the fishing regulations must also be followed.
Basic Information
- Swimming in the JezeroVojkovice area is at your own risk and is only allowed in designated areas
- Paddleboards, recreational boats, deck chairs, etc. may only move in the designated swimming area
- Parking in the area on the surface under the main building is free according to the area's opening hours
- Fishing spots are only for anglers with a valid area permit
- Barbecuing and grilling is only allowed in designated areas for a fee
- Entry to the area, camping, fishing, etc. is paid only in cash at the restaurant
- Free toilets and washroom are in the main building on the side towards the large cottages
- Drinking water can be collected in the main building on the side towards the large cottages
Area visitors are obliged to
- Maintain cleanliness and order, protect the area's equipment and compensate for damage caused by them
- Dispose of waste in waste containers at the main building
- Behave in the area in a disciplined and considerate manner towards other visitors, not disturb with excessive shouting or noise
- Use water from designated sources and in the manner indicated on these sources
- Follow instructions and orders from supervisory authorities of the area management
- Respect the privacy of other visitors
- Observe quiet hours from 22:00h to 06:00h
Obligations of owners and handlers of dogs or other animals
- Keep the dog/animal under supervision and on a leash at all times
- Clean up after your dog/animal and use waste containers for this purpose
- Do not walk the dog/animal on designated beaches, fishing spots and areas designated for games and camping
- It is forbidden to enter children's and sports playgrounds with a dog/animal
- Entry and passage with a dog/animal is forbidden on the main beach marked with "No dogs allowed" signs
- Report any injury to wild or domestic animals on the area territory immediately. This includes situations caused by your dog or a dog in your care. Contact the area restaurant or use designated contact numbers
Prohibited in the area
- Smoking and making fires in forested areas
- Making fires outside designated areas and establishing fire pits
- Throwing cigarette butts on the ground on all beaches, in residential and camping areas, at fishing spots
- Throwing waste anywhere on the entire area territory other than in waste containers at the main building
- Parking in front of barriers, risk of vehicle towing at the owner's/operator's expense
- Using boats with combustion engines
- Moving and damaging area equipment including destroying vegetation or collecting fruits and herbs
- Entering the area behind barriers and blockades with all motor vehicles without payment (except for supply, service vehicles and emergency services)
- Entering and accessing the area on horseback or with a horse
- Overnight stays or staying in vehicles outside operating hours is prohibited throughout the entire area territory. This prohibition applies to parking areas, parking zones and other publicly accessible parts of the area. Only customers with paid services allowing stay are exempt.
- Staying in the main beach, restaurant and accommodation area without swimwear and clothing
- Using metal detectors without prior consent from the area operator
- Using drones throughout the territory and airspace of the area without prior consent from the area operator
- Photography and camera use for COMMERCIAL PURPOSES throughout the area is only possible after prior agreement with the area operator
Non-compliance with operating regulations may lead to immediate expulsion from the area without compensation for entrance fees or accommodation.
The operator reserves the right to change the operating regulations.
