OPENING HOURS OF THE PRIVATE JezeroVojkovice PREMISES
1 April – 31 August: 08:00 – 22:00
1 September – 31 March: 08:00 – 18:00
By entering the premises you agree to these Operational Rules. Special rules apply to the children's playgrounds and sports facilities, and in the case of fishing the Fishing Rules must also be observed.
Basic Information
- Swimming at the JezeroVojkovice premises is at your own risk and is only permitted in the designated areas
- Paddleboards, recreational boats, air beds, etc. may only move within the designated swimming area
- Parking within the premises on the area below the main building is free according to the opening hours
- Fishing swims are reserved for anglers holding a valid permit for the premises
- Cooking over an open fire, grilling and lighting a fire is only permitted in the designated places (fishing swims, campsite) — see the section "Fire, Fireplaces and Grilling". On the beaches, fire and grilling are prohibited. Everything is subject to a blanket ban during an increased risk of fire (see below)
- Entry to the premises, camping, fishing, etc. is paid for in cash only, at the restaurant
- Free toilets and a washroom are located in the main building on the side facing the large cabins
- Drinking water can be drawn in the main building on the side facing the large cabins
Campsite and Day Visits
- A stay in the campsite area is subject to registration. Each vehicle or group registers on entry (name, ticket number) and pays for vehicle and person entry according to the valid campsite price list.
- A day visit (picnic, cooking over a fire, grilling) without a paid overnight stay — the visitor leaves the premises no later than the end of the operating hours (in summer by 22:00, in winter by 18:00).
- An overnight stay (tent, motorhome) is a separate paid service according to the price list. Without paying for it, sleeping over or sleeping in a vehicle on the premises is not permitted.
- Recorded and live music must not be louder than to exceed the boundaries of one's own place. On the instruction of staff, the visitor is obliged to reduce the volume.
- Combining several separate groups into one larger event and holding mass events is prohibited without the operator's prior consent (see the section "It is prohibited on the premises"). The operator is entitled to limit the number of persons and vehicles on site.
Visitors are obliged to
- Keep the premises clean and tidy, treat the facilities with care and compensate for any damage caused through their fault
- Dispose of waste in the waste containers by the main building
- Behave in a disciplined and considerate manner towards other visitors and not disturb others with excessive shouting or noise
- Use water only from the designated sources and in the manner indicated at those sources
- Follow the instructions and orders of the supervisory staff of the premises
- Respect the privacy of other visitors
- Observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00
Safety, Children and Liability
- Entry to and stay on the premises are at your own risk. Swimming, sports and movement near the water are at your own risk.
- Minors are the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults, who are obliged to keep them under constant supervision, especially near water, fireplaces and sports facilities.
- The operator is not liable for harm to health or property caused by a breach of these rules, by the visitor's own carelessness, by the actions of third parties or by force majeure (e.g. a falling branch, adverse weather).
- The owner is responsible for items left behind, parked vehicles and their contents.
Obligations of owners and handlers of a dog or other animal
- Keep the dog/animal under supervision and on a lead at all times
- Clean up after your dog/animal and use the waste containers for this
- Do not walk the dog/animal on the marked beaches, fishing swims and areas intended for games and camping
- It is forbidden to enter the children's and sports playgrounds with a dog/animal
- Entry and passage with a dog/animal onto the main beach marked with "No dogs" signs is forbidden
- Report any injury to a wild or farmed animal on the premises without delay. This includes situations caused by your own or an entrusted dog. Contact the on-site restaurant or call +420 724 102 127
It is prohibited on the premises
- To hold parties, celebrations and other social or mass events, or to combine several groups into one larger event, without the operator's prior written consent. The operator is entitled to terminate such an event immediately and to remove its participants from the premises without compensation.
- To play loud recorded music exceeding the boundaries of one's own place and to disturb other visitors
- To bring in, keep or use narcotic and psychotropic (addictive) substances; to enter and stay on the premises under the influence of alcohol or other substances to a degree that endangers or bothers others
- To use pyrotechnics and fireworks (the exception is reserved solely for the operator — see the section on fire risk)
- To harm, kill or disturb wild and farmed animals and to damage or destroy their nests, burrows, shelters and other dwellings
- To damage, destroy or move greenery, trees and vegetation, to destroy vegetation or to pick its fruit and herbs
- To wash oneself, do laundry or use soaps, shampoos and other products in the water (protection of water quality and fish)
- To throw cigarette butts on the ground on all beaches, in the residential and camping areas, and at the fishing swims
- To throw waste anywhere on the entire premises other than into the waste bins by the main building
- To park in front of the barriers, on access or fire routes, or so that the vehicle blocks the smooth flow of traffic on the parking area. A vehicle forming an obstacle may be removed; where it belongs to a person bound by these rules, at that person's expense and with a contractual penalty. A long-term abandoned vehicle without a paid service may be removed after a written notice and the fruitless expiry of the deadline.
- The use of boats with a combustion engine
- Moving and damaging the facilities of the premises
- To drive into the premises past the barriers and blockades with any motor vehicle without payment (with the exception of supplies, service vehicles and the emergency services)
- To drive or enter the premises on a horse or with a horse
- Sleeping or staying in a vehicle outside operating hours is prohibited across the entire premises. This ban applies to the parking areas, lay-by zones and other publicly accessible parts of the premises. The only exception is for customers with a paid service allowing a stay.
- To be in the area of the main beach, the restaurant and the accommodation without swimwear and clothing
- The use of metal detectors without the prior consent of the operator of the premises
- The use of drones across the entire premises and in its airspace without the prior consent of the operator of the premises
- Photography and the use of cameras for COMMERCIAL PURPOSES anywhere on the premises is possible only by prior arrangement with the operator of the premises
Fire, Fireplaces and Grilling
- At the fishing swims, existing fireplaces are available (except the 1st peninsula, where there is no fireplace). A portable above-ground fireplace and a grill are permitted at the fishing swims.
- At the campsite, existing fireplaces are available; a portable above-ground fireplace and a grill are likewise permitted.
- Establishing new fireplaces — at the fishing swims, at the campsite or anywhere else — is prohibited.
- On the beaches, establishing a fireplace and grilling are prohibited.
- In the wooded areas it is prohibited to smoke and to light a fire.
- A fire or grill must not be left unattended and must be properly extinguished afterwards.
| ! | Increased Risk of Fire
During a period of increased fire risk declared by an ordinance of the Central Bohemian Region, upon a CHMI warning of fire danger, or on the basis of a decision of the municipality or the operator, it is prohibited across the entire premises to light and maintain any open fire, including grilling, even at the fishing swims and at the campsite. The specific wording of the declared measure always applies.
The ban takes effect the moment it is declared, regardless of how up to date the information boards are. Visitors are obliged to follow the instructions of staff and posted notices. The operator is entitled to temporarily suspend grilling and cooking over a fire without compensation.
The use of pyrotechnics is reserved solely for the operator to protect the fish stock (scaring off cormorants) within a defined zone and in accordance with the municipality's generally binding ordinance and legal regulations. In accordance with Act No. 133/1985 Coll., on Fire Protection.
CCTV System
The restaurant areas are monitored by a CCTV system for the protection of persons and property; monitoring is gradually being extended to further parts of the premises. The data controller is STAVETA s.r.o. Further information on the processing of personal data will be provided on request.
Failure to comply with these Operational Rules may lead to immediate removal from the premises without a refund of the admission, stay or accommodation. The visitor is liable in full for damage caused by a breach of these rules pursuant to Sections 2913 and 2952 of the Civil Code.
The operator reserves the right to amend the Operational Rules.
