The accommodation provider is not liable for any disagreements or conflicts between guests but will, within the limits of its legal options, take the necessary measures to maintain order and quiet in the accommodation and common areas.

The guest is liable for the conduct and any damage caused by all persons whom the guest invited to the accommodation or premises or allowed to enter, even if they do not stay overnight. For breach of this provision, the guest shall pay a contractual penalty of CZK 10,000 and compensation for all damage and costs incurred (including a security service call-out, a Police call-out, and compensation claimed by other guests); the operator is at the same time entitled to terminate the stay immediately without compensation pursuant to Article 37.
