Accommodation Rules

- A client who rents accommodation undertakes to comply with these accommodation rules of the facility. If they violate them, the management of the accommodation facility has the right to resolve the problem according to the provisions stated in these Accommodation Rules, especially to reduce or not return the deposit that the accommodation facility has blocked.
- The client is required to deposit a security deposit of 2,000 CZK, from which, in case of non-compliance with accommodation conditions, causing damage and similar, the amount will be deducted and charged to cover the stated costs. When no damage or problem occurs, the accommodation provider will return the deposit. In case the client was not asked to deposit a security deposit, the client undertakes to pay no later than upon departure all contractual penalties and compensation for damages and expenses that they caused to the accommodation facility operator by violating the accommodation rules.
- A client who has booked accommodation through booking companies shall, upon arrival at the accommodation facility, present their reservation number at reception for the purpose of verifying the booking.
- At the same time, they will pay the tourist tax in the amount determined by the municipality of Vojkovice.
- The client may check in on the given day based on a valid reservation between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. For accommodation purposes, the client shall present a valid government-issued identity document (identity card, passport) at reception.
- If the client needs to store luggage upon arrival before check-in or on the day of departure, they may request luggage storage at reception for a fee: (50 CZK per piece of luggage, 250 CZK per bicycle).
- The client uses the accommodation during the period for which the booking was issued.
- The client is required to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If the client fails to do so, they will be required to pay a penalty of 500 CZK. If the guest does not comply with the departure time (check-out) by 10:59 AM, they will be charged for an additional day of accommodation at full price as well as costs associated with securing alternative accommodation for incoming guests.
- If the accommodation provider finds any forgotten personal items in the client's room after departure, they will store and keep them labeled for the next 30 days. At the same time, they will contact the client through the accommodation system (by email) to resolve the situation. In case the client expresses interest in having the forgotten item sent, this will be done at their own expense. Disposal of found stored items will be carried out based on the client's written statement or after the expiration of the stated 30-day period.
- In their own interest, the client should check the condition and functionality of the accommodation equipment before occupying the accommodation and immediately report any malfunctions and defects to reception.
- The client agrees that during the entire duration of the accommodation rental, the following have the right to enter their accommodation for the purpose of performing their service duties: cleaner, maintenance worker, administrator, facility manager.
- The accommodation provider is not responsible for any disagreements or conflicts between guests, but within the scope of legal possibilities will take necessary measures to ensure order and peace in accommodation and common areas.
- The guest may receive visitors in the accommodation only with the consent of the reception staff and only during the hours from 10 AM to 6 PM. For each unannounced visit outside official visiting hours, a contractual penalty of 1,000 CZK is charged for each person. In case of repeated violation of this provision, this fee is multiplied by the number of unannounced persons.
- The client must not move equipment, furniture, perform repairs or any interventions to the accommodation equipment, or to the electrical network or other installations in the accommodation or in common areas.
- From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, the client is required to observe quiet hours. For repeated disturbance of quiet hours, the client will pay a contractual penalty of 500 CZK.
- In the accommodation, the client must not behave noisily, listen loudly to radio or television programs, or otherwise disturb other clients of the facility.
- All types of accommodation are non-smoking, including common areas and children's or sports playgrounds. In case of violation of this regulation, the client will be required to pay a penalty of 2,000 CZK.
- Drugs, other addictive substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited in the buildings.
- For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age are not allowed to be left unattended by adults in accommodation or in other common areas.
- Clients (especially children) must not enter the roof, which is accessible through apartment windows.
- In the buildings, the client is not allowed to use their own electrical appliances. This regulation does not apply to electrical appliances used for the client's personal hygiene (razors, hair dryers, chargers for common consumer electrical devices, etc.).
- In case of fire, the client is required to immediately contact the fire alarm center/reception and follow the instructions of fire alarm directives and fire evacuation plan. In case of arrival of a fire unit, follow the instructions of the incident commander. In case of unauthorized activation of a fire detector, the client is required to pay a penalty of 25,000 CZK and all costs associated with the dispatch of rescue services as well as any cost compensation claimed by other clients related to the incident.
- The client has the right to use all facilities of the rented accommodation and common areas.
- The client is responsible for all damages caused to the facility's property according to applicable regulations.
- When leaving the accommodation, the client is required to close water shut-off valves, turn off electrical appliances and lights in the room, close windows, and upon departure lock the doors and return the key to reception.
- For loss of the accommodation key, its damage (or damage to the lock), and also for locking oneself out when the key is in the lock on the inside of the door, a fee of 2,500 CZK is charged.
- Bed linen in the accommodation is changed when clients change, during longer stays once a week, or upon client request for a fee.
- Cleaning in common areas is performed daily or as needed. Accommodation is cleaned always when clients change, or upon client request for a fee.
- The client is required to maintain the accommodation in cleanliness and always wash dishes after themselves.
- Suggestions for improving the facility's operations and any client complaints are accepted by reception staff, or the client may send them by email to: info@jezerovojkovice.cz.
- The client is required to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules from the moment they rent the accommodation. In case of serious violation, the accommodation facility management has the right to compensation of a contractual penalty of 500 CZK and compensation for all expenses arising in connection with the violation of accommodation rules such as damage, private security service intervention, and similar.
- Reception staff and facility operators are not authorized to provide any information about accommodated guests to third parties (except to police officers after their identification and proof of justification to request such data) or to allow visits by third parties to guests without their consent.
- Animals are allowed in accommodation only after prior agreement with the accommodation provider.
- It is not possible to accommodate more people in the accommodation than the number of beds. In case the guest accommodates more people in the accommodation facility than there are beds without the knowledge of the Operator, they will pay a contractual penalty of 2,000 CZK.

- The guest, their visitors, or companions are required to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules as well as general moral and ethical rules customary in the territory of the Czech Republic. In case of non-compliance with the stated provisions, the accommodation provider has the right to withdraw from providing all their services before the expiration of the agreed term.
