Please pay attention to the following fishing rules and general behavioral principles on our water.

JezeroVojkovice

(hereinafter also referred to as "the Area")

• These rules are binding for every person fishing in Lake Vojkovice (hereinafter also referred to as "angler") and visitors to the Area (all together also referred to as "person entering the Area").
• Permit sales and all information can be obtained by persons entering the Area at the reception in the restaurant in the Area or at the Operator's phone number +420 724 102 127, or through other information channels of the Operator (website, social media).
• Entry to the Area is possible only after payment of the fee established in the price list, published at the reception in the restaurant in the Area and on the website www.jezerovojkovice.cz 
• It is strictly forbidden to leave the Area after dark. We care greatly about respecting quiet hours (10 PM - 6 AM) and undisturbed fishing. All visits must be reported personally to the Operator or at the Operator's phone number +420 724 102 127.
• Arrivals and departures from the Area after dark are possible only with prior express consent of the Operator.
• We are a community that cares for our water. Therefore, it is the duty of every angler to actively contribute to its protection. If you observe any behavior that violates the fishing or operational regulations, or if you encounter poaching, please report this fact immediately. Your cooperation is crucial for maintaining a healthy environment for fish and for all of us.

Fishing Rules:

1. Fishing for aquatic organisms that are a source of fish food may only be carried out with prior consent of the Operator.
2. Fishing is done using the NON-STOP 24-hour system (day permit valid only until 10 PM of the same day from issuance) and Catch and Release.
3. The Operator requires inspection of fishing license.
4. Fishing with 2 rods is permitted. A third rod can be purchased after prior agreement with the Operator and simultaneously low occupancy of fishing spots - cannot be claimed as a right.
5. Fishing with up to three rods is permitted (2+1 for catfish), with only one leader with a single hook allowed per individual rod. The third rod may only be used for catfish. Catfish may be caught using a float with two treble hooks.Change: Catfish fishing must be announced in advance and is subject to the Operator's consent. Catfish may be caught using a float with two treble hooks. Only one leader with a single hook may be used per individual rod. Fishing with up to two rods for catfish is permitted. A boat may be used for landing catfish. When fishing for catfish, fishing for other fish is not permitted unless otherwise agreed. Minimum bait size when fishing for catfish is 35 cm.
6. Minimum bait size when fishing for predators is 20 cm. Trolling and predator fishing is currently prohibited. Change: Predator fishing is PROHIBITED!
7. Rigs must be running - safety rigs, meaning that the lead will automatically fall off when the fish breaks free and the fish does not drag it behind. Minimum diameter of line on the reel must be at least 0.28mm. The angler may have a shock leader with diameter up to 0.60mm at the end. Braided line is FORBIDDEN on the last 1m of the rig. Cord may be used as a leader for the terminal rig. Landing net with minimum arms of 80cm.
8. Fishing is only permitted using boilies, pellets, corn, and artificial baits that imitate these baits.
9. Baiting is permitted with: boilies, pellets, cooked particles, and method-mix.
10. For baiting fishing spots and casting rods and landing catches from a boat. Change: Only RC boats are permitted.
11. Marking of fishing spots may only be done with pole floats, and only up to the middle of the water surface.
12. The angler is required to stay within reach of the rods.
13. Maximum caution is required when handling catches. Caught fish must be unhooked only on a wet mat with sides, must be doused with water, and any injuries must be treated by the angler with disinfection. When returning fish to the water, they must be handled as gently as possible.
14. The mat must have protective side walls. If the angler does not own such a mat, it can be borrowed from the Operator - in the restaurant in the Area, for a fee according to the price list.
15. Photography of caught fish is done above a mat with sides while kneeling or in water, immediately after catching. Maximum photography time must not exceed five (5) minutes! It is forbidden to sack fish for later filming/photography.
16. In case of catching catfish up to 180cm, it is strictly forbidden to return the catch to the water. After landing it, the angler must immediately contact the Operator and is entitled to keep the fish. Catfish over 180cm are protected and will be documented.
17. Mandatory equipment for "catfish anglers" includes rope for securing the fish and a large mat/tarp.

General Behavioral Principles in the Area and at Fishing Spots:

1. Parking is permitted in the designated area intended for this purpose in the Area. Entry to fishing spots is for a fee according to the currently valid price list, published at the reception in the restaurant in the Area and on the website www.jezerovojkovice.cz.
2. Personal hygiene can be performed in the WC and washroom in the main restaurant building in the Area, these are available to you 24 hours a day.
3. Please maintain cleanliness, others will come after you.
4. Any washing in the lake and use of shampoos, soaps, etc. is strictly forbidden!
5. Consumption of alcohol in excessive amounts or any drugs is prohibited in the Area.
6. Radios, televisions, etc. are naturally allowed. However, noise must not exceed the boundaries of the specific fishing spot. Please respect surrounding anglers and Area visitors who came here to relax!
7. The principle of clean environment applies at all fishing spots - waste and cigarette butts belong in collection containers.
8. After leaving a fishing spot, the person entering the Area is required to return this fishing spot to the condition it was in upon their arrival.
9. Cutting trees and bushes is prohibited in the Area.
10. It is forbidden to make fires outside designated areas!!! Grills or portable fire pits are permitted.
11. Upon violation of any rule or prohibition, the person entering the Area will be expelled without the right to refund of paid funds and will not be admitted to the Area in the future. Minor violations may be sanctioned by the Operator in accordance with § 12, paragraph 11 of Act No. 99/2004, Fishing Act, as amended, with a fine up to 1,000 CZK. In other cases, the Operator is entitled to demand full compensation for damages.
12. The angler is required to comply with § 13, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Fishing Act (e.g., not using explosive, poisonous, or narcotic substances for fishing, not using electric current for fishing, not fishing under ice, etc.)

Additional Provisions:

• The Operator reserves the right to all photographs and videos taken by persons entering the Area. These may be used for Area promotion through advertising and communication means. Use of drones in the area is permitted only after prior agreement with the Operator. You can show off your catches at info@jezerovojkovice.cz.
• We note that Area managers have night vision binoculars. This protects not only our property but also our fish.
• Every person entering the Area is required to behave in a way that does not worsen water quality in the Area and does not violate the legally protected interests of other persons, and does not unnecessarily endanger, injure, or disturb fish and aquatic organisms or damage their living conditions.
• Every person entering the Area is responsible for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of brought items and items borrowed from the Operator. These must be secured by the person entering the Area to prevent theft or damage, including items stored or left in parked vehicles.
• The Operator bears no responsibility for health damages to persons entering the Area that they caused through their own carelessness, overestimation of their abilities, physical capabilities, or violation of these Sport Fishing Rules.
• During summer period (main tourist season), fishing in the front part of the water surface is limited with regard to the safety of swimmers.
• The Operator, Area managers, or persons authorized by the Operator reserve the right to inspect vehicles and backpacks or other storage places when suspecting gross violation of regulations (especially theft of catch or other items).
• Fishing is permanently prohibited in the rear part of the Area - the breeding zone (marked with signs).
• It is forbidden to cast rigs into the breeding zone under threat of immediate interruption of fishing and expulsion from the Area.
• Entry to islands and fishing from islands is prohibited.
• It is forbidden to damage or destroy fishing equipment or their parts, or equipment intended for their protection, marking, or equipment.
• By paying for fishing, the angler agrees fully and without reservations to these Sport Fishing Rules.
• The Area visitor, by entering the Area, agrees fully and without reservations to these Sport Fishing Rules.
• Persons entering the Area are required to follow these Sport Fishing Rules, instructions of the Operator and Area managers, or other persons authorized by the Operator.

Update Changes/Additions to Fishing Regulations effective from 29.08.2025

• Dear anglers, please do not leave the JezeroVojkovice area at night (during the facility's closing hours). We want everything to be nicely supervised and safe for you and others. Thanks for understanding and enjoy your fishing!
• Angler visits must be reported at the restaurant and they can only go to fishing spots on foot. Cars can be left free of charge in the parking area during visits. Visits are only possible during the facility's operating hours. If a visitor wants to stay overnight or fish, the stay is governed by the current price list.
• Large boats and vessels can now only be used when fishing for catfish! RC bait boats are permitted.
• Day permits and 24-hour permits for only 1 day are not reserved in advance. If you're interested in short-term fishing and holding a spot, call on the given day in the morning, earliest from 8 AM.
• Only barbless hooks may be used exclusively.
