Please pay attention to the following fishing rules and general rules of conduct at our water.
JezeroVojkovice operates as a catch & release sport fishery on a private water body.

- These rules are binding for every person fishing at JezeroVojkovice (hereinafter the "angler") and for every visitor to the premises.
- Permits and information are available at the reception in the restaurant or by phone at +420 724 102 127.
- Entry to the premises is possible only after payment according to the current price list.
- Night quiet (22:00 - 6:00): Leaving the premises during night quiet is prohibited. Night arrivals and departures only with the Operator's consent.
- Visits and companions: must be reported to the venue staff (reception / phone +420 724 102 127).
- A visit (until 20:00, vehicle in the car park, does not fish) is free.
- A companion (staying after 20:00 or overnight): non-angler per the Price List, 400 CZK / 24h per adult, does not fish. Children under 15 accompanying a companion (max. 4 per adult) are free and do not fish. A companion may sleep in a vehicle at the fishing spot; the number of vehicles per spot is limited by its capacity (at the staff's discretion).
- Family members are covered by the Family permit.
- We are a community – please report any breach of the rules or poaching. Your cooperation is key to protecting our lake.

2 rods per angler are permitted. A third rod can be purchased upon agreement with the Operator (at low occupancy).

The number of rods at a fishing spot may not exceed the number of valid permits × the permitted number of rods (see point 4). Companions and visitors do not fish and do not handle rods.

- Catfish fishing must be announced in advance to the Operator.
- A maximum of 2 rods for catfish only are permitted.
- On a marker float: two treble hooks permitted.
- Minimum bait: 35 cm.
- While fishing for catfish, simultaneous fishing for other fish is not allowed.
- A boat (large craft) may be used for landing.

- White catfish: Fully protected – must be returned (will be documented).

A retained catfish must be humanely dispatched at the water or transported in accordance with animal-protection regulations.

13. Handling catches – animal protection
- Unhooking: only on a wet mat with sides
- Wet hands when handling the fish
- Pour water over the fish continuously
- Treat injuries with disinfectant (Betadine, Rivanol)
- Gentle return to the water
- Max. time out of water: 5 minutes (photo + unhooking)
- PROHIBITED: Retaining fish in sacks for later photos
13a. Rare and valuable species – mandatory documentation
When catching the following species it is MANDATORY to document them and inform the warden:

- Grass carp over 15 kg | 100+ cm
- Sturgeon (any size)
- Albino (white form of carp/catfish/grass carp)

Excessive consumption of alcohol or use of drugs is prohibited.

Pruning LIVE trees and bushes is prohibited. Dry branches and fallen trees may be removed. Consult larger interventions with the Operator.

11. Contractual penalties for breaches of the rules
- Minor breach: Warning or contractual penalty up to 1,000 CZK
- Fishing without a valid permit or a rod not covered by a permit: payment of a full permit + a contractual penalty equal to another permit (2× permit). On repetition or refusal to pay: immediate expulsion without refund.
- Serious breach: Immediate expulsion without refund + permanent ban
- Theft of fish: Reported to the Police of the Czech Republic
- The Operator is entitled to claim damages in full
12. Compliance with the law
The angler must comply with the Fisheries Act (e.g. no explosives, poisons, electric current, no fishing under ice).

13. Photos and videos
If you send us a photo of your catch to info@jezerovojkovice.cz or by other electronic means, we may use it on the website and social media. You can request its deletion at any time.

14. Premises security
The premises are regularly monitored by wardens with night-vision binoculars.
