Please pay attention to the following fishing rules and general code of conduct on our water.
LakeVojkovice operates under the catch & release sport fishing regime on private water.

- These rules are binding for every person fishing at LakeVojkovice (hereinafter "angler") and visitors to the premises.
- Permit sales and information available at the restaurant reception or by phone +420 608 729 674.
- Entry to the premises is possible only after payment according to the current price list.
- Night quiet hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM): It is forbidden to leave the premises after dark. Arrivals and departures at night only with Operator's consent.
- Visitors: Must be reported at reception or by phone +420 608 729 674. Possible only during premises operating hours.
- We are a community – please report any violations of the rules or poaching. Your cooperation is key to protecting our lake.
Fishing Rules

5. Catfish fishing – special rules
- Catfish fishing must be announced in advance to the Operator.
- Permitted max. 2 rods for catfish only.
- On buoy: two treble hooks permitted.
- Minimum bait: 35 cm.
- When fishing for catfish, simultaneous fishing for other species is not permitted.
- A boat (large dinghy) may be used for landing.
CATFISH REGULATION:
- Catfish up to 180 cm: PROHIBITED to return! Contact the Operator. You may keep it.
- Catfish over 180 cm: Protected – must be returned (will be documented).
- Albino catfish: Fully protected – must be returned (will be documented).

Retained catfish must be humanely killed directly at the water or transported according to animal protection regulations.

13. Handling catches – animal protection
- Unhooking: only on wet mat with sides
- Wet hands when handling fish
- Continuously pour water over the fish
- Treat injuries with disinfectant (Betadine, Rivanol)
- Gentle release back to water
- Max. time out of water: 5 minutes (photography + unhooking)
- PROHIBITED: Sacking fish for later photography
13a. Rare and valuable species – documentation obligation
When catching the following species, it is MANDATORY to document them and inform the manager:

- Catfish over 180 cm (protected)
- Carp over 20 kg | 100+ cm
- Grass carp over 15 kg | 100+ cm
- Sturgeon (any size)
- Albino (white form of carp/catfish/grass carp)
PROCEDURE when catching a rare species:

- ✅ Photograph (over mat, max. 5 minutes out of water; large catches only in water)

It is forbidden to prune LIVING trees and shrubs. You may remove dry branches and fallen trees. Consult larger interventions with the Operator.

11. Contractual penalties for rule violations
- Minor violations: Warning or penalty up to 1,000 CZK
- Serious violations: Immediate expulsion without refund + permanent entry ban
- Fish theft: Report to Police of the Czech Republic
- Operator has the right to demand full compensation for damages

If you send us a photo of your catch to info@jezerovojkovice.cz or by other electronic means, we may use it on our website and social media. You can request deletion at any time.

Premises are regularly monitored by managers with night vision binoculars.
