Reservations and conclusion of contract

• Fishing: an online reservation of a fishing spot is binding. The price according to the current price list is paid in cash on site when using the service; by submitting a binding reservation you undertake to pay the price.
• Accommodation and social events: the online form is a non-binding inquiry. The contract is concluded only upon its confirmation by the operator. The price is paid in cash on site, exceptionally by invoice.
• Daily fishing and other services can be ordered by phone at +420 724 102 127 (5–8pm).

The terms of stay and provision of services are further governed by the operational rules, fishing rules, accommodation rules and the current price list published on this website. By making a reservation, or by entering the resort, the customer agrees to them.

Withdrawal from the contract

Fishing, accommodation and social events are services connected with the use of leisure time, or accommodation, provided on a specific date or during a specific period. For such contracts, under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply.

Cancellation terms

Fishing and accommodation booked by phone (no deposit, payment in cash on site):

• Cancellation is free — nothing is paid in advance. We only ask for timely notice so we can free the spot for others.
• A fishing reservation can be cancelled online via the link in your confirmation email at least 2 days before arrival; later by phone at +420 724 102 127. A reservation can also be cancelled here.
• Repeated no-shows without prior notice may lead to refusal of further reservations.

Social events and group stays with a deposit (weddings, corporate and group events, rental of several accommodation units against a deposit/invoice):

• Governed by a separate contract concluded in advance, which contains binding cancellation terms.
• Indicatively: cancellation more than 30 days in advance without a cancellation fee, 30–7 days a 50% cancellation fee, less than 7 days a 100% cancellation fee of the deposit paid. In case of force majeure, the deposit is refunded or the event is rescheduled by agreement.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes (ADR)
