a)

If multiple anglers go to a reserved spot, each pays the price including reservation.

b)

Every angler must hold their own permit. Additional anglers cannot be added under someone else's permit.

c)

Only the holder of a valid permit may set up, cast or handle a rod. The number of rods at a fishing spot may not exceed the number of purchased permits × the permitted number of rods per the Fishing Rules.

d)

Visit (until 20:00): vehicle in the car park, does not fish, free. A visitor must register with the venue staff.

e)

Companion (non-angler): 400 CZK / 24h per adult – anyone who stays at the fishing spot after 20:00 or overnight. A companion does not fish and must register with the staff; they may sleep in a vehicle at the fishing spot (the number of vehicles per spot is limited by its capacity, at the staff's discretion). Children under 15 accompanying a companion (max. 4 per adult) are free and do not fish; if a child wishes to fish, the accompanying adult must hold their own fishing permit, to which the children's permit is added (see point g). Family members are covered by the Family permit (items 8–10).

f)

Violation (uncovered rod, unregistered angler, fishing without a permit): purchase of a full permit + a penalty equal to another permit (2×), or expulsion from the premises without refund. The operator has the right to inspect the car and bivvy.

g)

Children's permit can be added to all permits, but cannot be purchased separately.

h)

Each fishing spot is suitable for at least 2 anglers.

i)

24h permit reservations are valid from 10:00 on the first day until 10:00 on the last day of reservation.

j)

The Family permit is intended exclusively for a single family living in one shared household and includes:

• 1 adult angler (the permit holder) – the only person fishing under this permit,
• 1 non-fishing adult, who may only be the spouse or registered/cohabiting partner of the permit holder – does not fish; to fish, they require their own permit,
• max. 4 children under 15 – the biological, adopted or fostered children of the permit holder or their partner – as accompaniment; children do not fish; a child who wishes to fish requires their own children's permit,
• 1 pet,
• 1 car with caravan OR 1 camper van, tent and bivvy.

The Family permit does not entitle any other persons to stay at the fishing spot – in particular parents, siblings, adult children, other relatives, children's partners or acquaintances – regardless of their family relationship. Such persons are not part of the Family permit and require their own permit or a companion fee.

The operator is entitled to verify the relationship of accompanying persons during an inspection and, in case of doubt, to refuse their stay at the fishing spot or require the purchase of a separate permit/companion fee.

k)

Daily permits and 1-day permits cannot be reserved online – only by phone, and no earlier than the previous day after 17:00.

l)

Each permit includes at most 1 car (none for permits without a car).

m)

Pets are welcome with all permits.
